Dennis J. McGrath, Esq.
Senior Partner
Dennis J. McGrath earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Manhattan College in Business Administration and Finance. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he excelled, graduating Magna Cum Laude, a member of the Touro Law Review, a Pro Bono Scholar, and an inductee to the Touro Honors Program. Additionally, he has extensive real world business experience, having owned and managed several international fashion design and manufacturing and companies for over 20 years.

Prior to starting the firm, Mr. McGrath practiced law in the fields of education law, labor and employment, foreclosure defense, personal injury, civil litigation, and real estate transactions. He now focuses his practice in personal injury, consumer defense, civil litigation, and real estate matters. Mr. McGrath is admitted to practice in the States of New York, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. McGrath was recently honored by Super Lawyers as a 2021 Rising Star in the legal profession. He sets himself apart from other attorneys by incorporating his wealth of business experience and interpersonal skills into his practice of law. Mr. McGrath also speaks fluent Spanish and does extensive work in the Hispanic community. John R. Klaus III, Esq.
Senior Partner
John R. Klaus, III received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Stonybrook University in 1998.. He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In his time at Touro, he excelled, graduating near the top of his class, while continuing to operate and manage a high end contracting company which employed over 20 individuals.
Mr. Klaus is no stranger to the courtroom. He is a seasoned litigator. Prior to starting the firm, he practiced law in the fields of criminal defense, personal injury law, and real estate law. Mr. Klaus is not one to be intimidated by opposing counsel or to back down from fight. He served our country honorably in U.S. Air Force from 1993 to 1997 in support of Operation Desert Storm/Shield.

He understands the importance of "getting into the trenches" for his clients, as he takes to heart the fact that the outcomes he molds impact both his clients and their families. He uses his honed advocacy skills to zealously represent his clients. Mr. Klaus is highly regarded by his clients and peers for his "hands on approach", knowledge, empathy, and negotiating skills.
Rhonda Klch
Credit Analyst
Rhonda is a credit analyst with 25 years experience in the credit and financial industry. In the last 15 years she has specialized in working with homeowners who are experiencing financial hardship, foreclosures, business disruption and more. Rhonda is a hands on analyst that works to create realistic expectations for clients of the firm in reference to debt repayment, budget planning, credit resolutions and more.

Rhonda is also the CEO of Equity First Consultant as well as the founder of the Equity First Foundation that helps those who need assistance with financial literacy. Rhonda also pays tribute to Long Island residents who are very involved with philanthropic efforts who are not always recognized via the Annual Angel Awards.
When not hosting her new radio show, The Credit Authority, Rhonda is always helping others. From Rhonda’s Holiday Dreams event where hundreds of children receive toys for the holidays to running grab and go food drives during Covid,
The Credit Authority is Rhonda’s new radio show on the Long Island News Radio 103.9 radio network. Rhonda invites guests to discuss topics important to Long Island via a plethora of diverse guests with varied demographic and financial backgrounds.
James E. Toner, Esq.

Mr. Toner began his career as a criminal defense lawyer at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society defending the indigent accused. Mr. Toner’s tenure at Legal Aid honed his skills as a trial lawyer representing a high volume of Felony and Misdemeanor cases. For the last twenty years Mr. Toner has successfully trialed many cases including Homicide, Medicaid Fraud, Robbery, Burglary, Domestic Violence, Grand Larceny, Assault in the First Degree, Money Laundering and Narcotics Trafficking. Mr. Toner has also successfully tried numerous personal injury cases including a multi-million dollar law suite for Brain Trauma Injury. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over the last twenty years.
Mr. Toner is admitted in the Appellate Division Second Judicial Department and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Toner is a qualified member of the Nassau County Assigned Counsel Plan, a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association. In October of 2013 Mr. Toner was appointed the Village Attorney of the Incorporated Village of Manorhaven. He also sits as a duly appointed Member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Inc. Village of Sea Cliff.
John Mikulin, Esq.
Of Counsel - Real Estate, Land and Building Issues
John Mikulin graduated from Touro Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2017. Soon thereafter, Mr. Mikulin was was elected to the New York State Assembly on April 24, 2018. His district is entirely in Nassau County.

John was President of the Island Trees Library Board and served as the Deputy Town Attorney in the Town of Hempstead prior to being elected to the state Assembly. He has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Government.

Dedicated to making the community a better place, Mr. Mikulin is a member of the Levittown Property Association. Mr. Mikulin is an expert on governmental affairs and is a valued source of advice to our firm. Mr. Mikulin specializes his legal practice in the fields of land an building issues.

Jasmine Aiken, Esq.
Of Counsel - Real Estate and Business Law
Jasmine Aiken is an of-counsel attorney born and raised on Long Island. She has proven herself dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation to clients navigating the complexities of the business law industry. With a passion for helping locals, Ms. Aiken has made it her mission to guide individuals and businesses through the legal process, ensuring their rights and interests are protected every step of the way.
Ms. Aiken has a particular focus on contract drafting and negotiation as well as debt collection on behalf of the creditor, having gained invaluable experience in this area through the rise of her legal career. She is versed in debt collection law, and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of debt collection matters, from small claims cases to larger-scale commercial litigation.
In addition to her debt collection expertise, Ms. Aiken had a previous background in bankruptcy and debtor’s rights as well as loan modifications.
Beyond her legal work, Ms. Aiken is an active member of the Long Island community, and is committed to giving back through pro bono work and volunteer efforts. She is a graduate of Touro Law School, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
